Purchasing Your Elezar Bag
We accept Visa and MasterCard through our online store.

If you purchase online, please allow 72 hours for order processing in addition to transit time, as per your shipping choice.

During sales please allow at least 7 days for order processing in addition to transit time, as per your shipping choice.

Orders received on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

If a bag is out of stock, you can still order the bag and will receive it within 6-8 weeks. Each bag is made by hand and must meet exacting standards before we release them to our customers.


Shipping Options
We ship all US orders via FedEx.
Ground - 5 to 7 business days
3 day - 3 business days
2nd day - 2 business days
Next day - Next business day

Please note this represents is the FedEx shipping time, not how long it may take for your order to be ready to ship. Once your order is ready to ship, the shipping time reflects the transportation time it will take for your bag to get to you from us.. 

 
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with the handbag you have purchased. If you are not satisfied for any reason, and notify us within fourteen days of receipt of the handbag, we will refund the purchase price less a restocking fee ($35) and less shipping costs.

Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be granted after the two-week period has been exceeded. Further, the item must be returned in its original condition to receive a refund or exchange.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

All refunds are paid by check.


Sales Tax
Because we are located in New York and Illinois, we collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New York State and Illinois.


Orders From Outside the U.S.
We are happy to take orders for international shipment. For security purposes, our credit card processor requires that your order must be confirmed. After completing the online order process, please fax us the signed order confirmation page (printable from the shopping cart,) along with a photocopy of your credit card (front and back).

Once we receive this information, our office will process your order. You will receive a final order confirmation when your order has been shipped. International orders are sent via FedEx. Most deliveries to Europe will arrive within seven business days of package being shipped. Shipments to other countries may take longer.


Care of Bags
Some Elezar handbags are made of leather and should be cared for as you would any quality leather product. Use leather cleaner and a soft, clean cloth to remove soil marks. Weatherproof protection is helpful, but not required. Grain and slight differences of color are characteristics of the leather. Because the leather is natural and untreated, it may spot if it gets wet.

Particular care is recommended for laminate colors (metallic) because contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives can cause damage.


Terms
Elezar Bags, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever. Elezar Bags, LLC reserves the right to impose a restocking charge of $35 for canceled or returned orders.
