Alaa Walieddin's third collaboration with director Sherif Arafa, after Abboud Alal Hodoud (Abboud on the Border) and Al-Nazer (The Principal), is not as creative or original as the first two. It does, however, feature special effects never before seen in Egyptian cinema. Industry analysts are watching carefully to see how Alaa's film does at the box office in comparion to the soon-to-be-released Mohamed Heneidi summer offering, Ga'ana Al-Bayan Al-Talee (This Just In), in a bid to find out which of the two comics is Egypt's number 1 star.
