Slow crawl into weekend
The weekend is upon us, with plenty to do in Cairo. You could go to the zoo, where this large turtle and its friends will entertain you with their antics. There are also a multitude of exhibitions in the art galleries around town, and at the Opera House, the 9th annual Festival of Arabic Music has just begun. For fans of classical Arabic music, a series of concerts at Beit Harawy near Al-Azhar also begins tonight.
